Found The Knife Guy from a quick Google search, called immediately, and was able to get my Benchmade pocket knife sharpened within an hour of calling. Vinny was meticulous and ensured that the knife was sharpened to my liking. Can’t wait to bring in some of my (long overdue) kitchen shears and knives!

Vinny The Knife Guy is the best. I sent an email message on Saturday not expecting a reply til Monday. He responded right away and said he had some time that afternoon. I dropped my 6 knives off and they were sharpened perfectly and ready for pick up just 2 hours later. What a difference! We are very happy and highly recommend!

Vinny did an excellent job sharpening our knives. I dropped off 9 which he completed that day. Two of them were brand new and he took the time to show me and my son the imperfections in the blades. He showed us what he honed in the blades to correct the imperfections. The best part was the time he took with my 14 year old to explain and show him about the knives, blades, and sharpening process. The rest of the knives came from my parents old butcher shop. They were old and definitely used, the blades are now razor sharp and the wood handles look like new again. Great work and customer service.

The paring knife had a bent tip due to my dropping it. The Knife Guy sharpened the knives like new and the bent tip was fixed. He then carefully wrapped my knives. I am absolutely thrilled and highly recommend him.
