The Knife Guy, is the best!! I’m in town visiting my friend and I like to cook. But when I went to prep some food I realized his knives were so dull I was struggling to cut a tomato. Found the knife guy on google. Answered the phone on the fly. Dropped off my knives minutes later and were done and perfectly sharp in hours. Fair pricing, friendly, accommodating, convenient, and most importantly does great work. 100% would recommend.

I had heard many great things about Vinny the Knife Guy. I dropped 5 knives off yesterday and received a text back in less than two hours they were ready for pickup. My husband is a bit of a skeptic and he was amazed at how sharp the knives were. We highly recommend. Also they all had knives shields with his logo and came wrapped in white butcher paper. Very clever.

Vinny is very knowledgeable and skilled with knives. He is also has an excellent commitment to his community. He led a class for Scouts on knife care and safety, and his enthusiasm was evident to the kids. They said it was one of the best meetings they had this year!

I had Vinny sharpen a few of my kitchen knives as well as some kitchen shears. He has a Dropbox at his home which makes dropping off and picking up a breeze.

Vinny does a great job of sharpening your knives to a razor's edge. He also does axes for those guys that like to split their own wood with an ax. I brought him 8 knives and one axe and he was done in less than 2 hours. His work is exceptional and he is a very friendly person. I highly recommend you take all of your knives ( including serrated) to him.

Dropped off a couple Spyderco pocket knives to The Knife Guy to sharpen and repair. I had one that's point was chipped off and was hopeful could be repaired. Vinny did an amazing job sharpening them and repaired the chipped one to new! I won't waste my time trying to sharpen knives myself anymore, just going to drop them off to The Knife Guy!
