I have used Vinny’s service a couple of times and I’m going to take my knives to him consistently in the future. I can’t believe what a difference it makes to have such sharp knives .His service is outstanding, so easy to drop them off and have them back in no time. Knives can be expensive ro replaceI I highly recommend him!

Vinny is super nice and good at what he does. Turn around was less than an hour for 6 knives: a cleaver, sm/large needle nose deboning, a single edge fillet, a carver and a Shun chopper whose edge was basically gone. He even oiled the wood handles. Reasonable price. Everything came out beautifully sharp. Will be coming back (although hopefully not too soon 😉

My knives haven’t been really sharp in a very long time. Vinny did a fantastic job on them. It is like they are brand new again. Will definitely use him for sharpening a long time.

It took me a while to leave a review cause it’s not everyday you need to pull out the big gun scissors. But let me tell you, the day of a party came, I’m about ready to open my pack of chicken wings to see WHOLE WINGS. I’m already feeling defeat and then I remember I had my scissors sharpened- it’s time to test it out. My scissors that once struggled cutting zip ties is now going thru chicken joints with ease- needless to say I wasn’t feeling defeated anymore.
Anyway. This dude is awesome, knowledgeable and speedy. It took less than 8 hours to get my scissors back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Vinny was awesome and has a well set up system to get your knives or in my case, (Shears) sharpen. Mine were completely dull and wouldn't cut a thing but Vinny had them back to new in no time! I would highly recommend him if you need something sharpened!!!

The Knife Guy, is the best!! I’m in town visiting my friend and I like to cook. But when I went to prep some food I realized his knives were so dull I was struggling to cut a tomato. Found the knife guy on google. Answered the phone on the fly. Dropped off my knives minutes later and were done and perfectly sharp in hours. Fair pricing, friendly, accommodating, convenient, and most importantly does great work. 100% would recommend.
