I am that weirdo that uses scissors to trim my fat off meat, and I have a pair of surgical scissors that were really at their end of life, where it would take more force and snips for it to cut. This is where I found out that not all knife sharpeners, sharpens scissors. Luckily Vincent felt confident and comfortable to sharpen them for me. They now cut the same as when I first got them. He was very accommodating, informative, and overall great at his kraft. I highly recommend!

The Knife Guy was at the Reno Sportsman's Expo this past weekend. I have been on the lookout for a knife sharpening service. I asked if they were doing any sharpening on site and they were. I immediately gave them a fixed blade knife that was due and they touched it up while I was walking around with my kids. We attended our first expo this past weekend and it was such an amazing experience!
