Vinny did an excellent job of sharpening 5 knives and a pair of poultry scissors. The customer service was exemplary. He has an organized and secure drop-off and pick-up system (if he by chance is not present) although makes every attempt to be present at a mutually agreeable time. Knives are returned quickly (he offered 24 hour turnaround) and are professionally wrapped with care instructions. I will definitely return in the future and highly recommend his services.
Working with Vinny was a refreshing change from most. He answered my email promptly and made arrangements to get my scissors and knives to him. He sharpened them to almost their original sharpness!!! Yay and the scissors were 35 years old. Highly recommend him. A plus, he wrapped them wonderfully when I went to pick them up.

I came across The Knife Guy (Vinny’s) business through Facebook. The contact, communication was perfect. Texts and a call and a plan was formed. I dropped 5 knives off and then played a round of disc golf at the wedge since it was close. When the knives were done, got a text and picked them up. I brought Vinny a WW1 1917 bolo knife with a unique edge and 4 other knives. The sharpness is fantastic! Highly recommend. This is a very professional business delivering high end services.

I have used Vinny for a couple years now. I am a professional Executive Chef and have some pretty expensive knives. Vinny takes extreme care in his work and understands how to sharpen all knives and blades Sharpening Japanese knives can be a real challenge, but when I get them back they are like brand new. I have used a lot of different knife sharpeners over my 35 years of kitchen experience and by far Vinny is the best. 5 stars all the way from customer service to the quality of work done.

Drop off and pick up was SO convenient. Great communication. I had no idea what a difference it would make having our knives so sharp. If you’re in the fence about having your knives sharpened just do it! We will definitely be sharpening our knives with The Knife Guy More!
