To begin, fill out the order form below with the total number of items you’re mailing in and complete your purchase online. You’re responsible for shipping your blades to us.
Once your items are received, sharpening is completed within 48 hours, and your freshly sharpened blades are shipped back to you. A $15 flat-rate return shipping fee is charged up front.

By sending your knives or tools to Knife Guy Reno for sharpening services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Shipping Risk: Customers assume all responsibility for items during transit to and from Knife Guy Reno. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the full replacement value of your items.
- Loss or Damage in Transit: Knife Guy Reno is not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged while in the possession of shipping carriers.
- Workmanship: While every effort is made to handle and sharpen each item with the utmost care and professionalism, minor cosmetic changes (such as scratches or finish wear) may occur as part of the sharpening process.
- Pre-Existing Damage: Knife Guy Reno is not responsible for existing defects, structural weaknesses, or damage that may worsen during normal sharpening procedures.
- Return Shipping: Once items are shipped back and accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
