Vinny, The Knife Guy, made getting my knives sharpened incredibly simple. I went to his shop and watched him do the work — he's easy to talk to, clearly knows his craft, and had everything done quickly at a very reasonable price. My knives came back razor-sharp and ready to go. Highly recommend his sharpening service

Just had my Shun knives sharpened by Vinny and they’re now as sharp as when I bought them! I reached out on a Saturday at 10AM via email, thinking I’d be able to drop them off one day during the week and pick up the next day. Well, he responded immediately and I had them sharpened while I waited and was home using them again by noon that same day. Watching him work, with all his safety gear, I knew I found the right guy. His attention to detail is over the top. He will be my go to guy for now on.

I attended a knife sharpening event at our local Williams Sonoma store where I met Vinny Murgolo, the Knife Guy, and his wife.
He sharpened 4 kitchen knives and returned them to me in the sharpest condition. Seemingly better than new. The process was quick and effective. The knives were placed in protective sleeves and wrapped for safe travel home along with a note card with knife care tips. Impressive service.

The knife guys did an outstanding job bringing all of my kitchen knives back to their former glory. They were actually sharper than I remember when I first bought them. They were high end knives that I had spent a lot of money on so I was a little worried and skeptical, but they exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them for any of your sharpening needs and I’ll definitely be using them in the future. Just be careful these things are razor sharp.

Outstanding customer service: I drove over to The Knife Guy's location, not realizing that one should call/make appointmet in advance. I called him, and he was able to polish my axe head immediately as he happened to be available. This saved me oceans of time and an additional drive.
